SHIPPING POLICY

Deliveries are completed via Palletline with current estimated lead time around 1 week from order. 

 

Orders will be delivered using an 18 tonne lorry and tail-lift unless requested.

Please note, if delivery is unsuccessful due to customer not being present or refused delivery, re-delivery is charged at £30 per pallet. In case you may not be available for delivery please inform us of a safe place your order can be left.
